Who sees your answers / Wer deine Antworten sieht
I read them. Nobody else receives this form. Where a co-facilitator named in the offer description needs to know something in order to hold the work safely, I pass on that specific point and nothing further. They are bound to confidentiality in writing, may not use it for anything else, may not pass it on, and keep no record of it once the offer and its follow-up have ended. Your answers are never shared with other participants and never used for marketing.

How it reaches me and where it is kept / Übermittlung und Speicherung
Your answers go directly into my business Google Workspace account, under a data processing agreement with the provider, and are kept there in a restricted folder with general link sharing disabled and two-factor authentication in place. No other company handles them on the way.
Deine Antworten gelangen unmittelbar in mein geschäftliches Google-Workspace-Konto, auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags, und werden dort in einem zugriffsbeschränkten Ordner aufbewahrt, mit deaktivierter allgemeiner Linkfreigabe und Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung. Kein weiteres Unternehmen bekommt sie auf dem Weg dorthin zu sehen.
Offers outside Germany / Angebote im Ausland
Where an offer takes place abroad, the venue or local host receives only what is needed for lodging and logistics: name, arrival and departure, room and dietary requirements. Your health data is not transmitted outside the European Economic Area. If a situation ever arose where passing on a specific safety-relevant point to a local host were necessary for your own protection, I would ask you separately at that moment.
Findet ein Angebot im Ausland statt, erhält die Unterkunft oder der örtliche Gastgeber nur, was für Unterbringung und Logistik nötig ist: Name, An- und Abreise, Zimmer- und Verpflegungswünsche. Deine Gesundheitsdaten werden nicht außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums übermittelt. Sollte je eine Lage entstehen, in der die Weitergabe eines bestimmten sicherheitsrelevanten Punktes an einen örtlichen Gastgeber zu deinem eigenen Schutz nötig wäre, frage ich dich in diesem Moment gesondert.
How long / Speicherdauer
Until the offer and its follow-up have ended, after which it is deleted — except where a statutory retention period applies, or where the information is still needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Bis das Angebot und seine Nachbereitung abgeschlossen sind; danach wird gelöscht — ausgenommen gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen und Fälle, in denen die Angaben zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen noch benötigt werden.
Voluntary / Freiwilligkeit
Your consent is voluntary. Nothing follows from refusing it except that I cannot let you take part, because without this form I cannot judge whether the offer is safe for you. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, by email to mail@turiyosho.net; the lawfulness of processing up to that point is unaffected. A withdrawal before or during the offer will normally mean participation is no longer possible.

Eine Ablehnung hat keine Folge außer der, dass ich dich nicht teilnehmen lassen kann, weil ich ohne dieses Formular nicht beurteilen kann, ob das Angebot für dich sicher ist. Du kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft per E-Mail an mail@turiyosho.net widerrufen; die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung bleibt unberührt. Ein Widerruf vor oder während des Angebots führt in der Regel dazu, dass eine Teilnahme nicht mehr möglich ist.
